returns policy
We will provide a full refund within 28 days of their return for any items purchased online at www.patongs.com provided you meet all of the following conditions: - Let us know, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your patongs that you want to return them: either email us at getinfo@patongs.com or write to us at NCS Ltd, PO Box 155, Manchester, M30 3AH.
- All items (including the fabric bags) must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition within 14 days of the order date, together with a copy of the original receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item and it is recommended that goods are returned by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us and no refund will be provided unless we receive the returned goods.
- We reserve the right not to provide refund for product which are not in a re-saleable condition.
exchange of items
If you find that the patongs you ordered are the wrong size, or if you think you’d prefer a different style, we’ll be happy to exchange them provided you meet all of the following conditions: - Let us know, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you ordered your patongs that you want to exchange them and tell us which size and style you’d prefer: either email us at getinfo@patongs.com or write to us at NCS Ltd, PO Box 155, Manchester, M30 3AH.

- By returning patongs for an exchange the customer is responsible for postage costs and it is recommended that goods are returned by registered post only. An email will be sent detailing the postage costs for the replacements. This charge should be paid by cheque (made payable to NCS Ltd) and must be included when you return the original order.

your right to cancel
If you have recently placed an order on line at patongs.com and wish to cancel it, please email us at: getinfo@patongs.com quoting your order reference number, the date the order was placed and your name. As long as the conditions of our returns policy, as stated above, are met you will receive email confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of us receiving the patongs and fabric bag back in perfect condition and a refund by cheque within 28 days.

We accept online payment via paypal. All prices shown are subject to postage and packing, as indicated, and are inclusive of any VAT which may be applicable.
